You see a person who is very fit, and you think to yourself, “It takes so much discipline to look like that. Surely he must be equally disciplined in all areas of his life.” But in reality it often doesn’t work that way. Interesting to reflect on the reasons why.

@alcisnerosfan I think tretinoin is good, everything else eh. Moisturizer. Feel like sunscreen only needed if you’ll be outside for a long time. Vaseline has helped me out. Heard vitamin c is good but I’ve never tried it

The curly girl influencer world of 5-ish years ago is so funny to reflect on bc 80% of them were straight up just lying about heat tools and hairspray. The curl volume you seek is not achieved by “cowashing.” I love these ones where the “after” obviously involves a curl wand LOL
