Claude Code + Google Stitch 2.0 is f*cking cracked 🤯 Google just dropped a free AI design agent that solves Claude Code's biggest weakness: frontend design. One screenshot of a high-converting landing page → a production-ready site for your brand in minutes. All inside Google Stitch + Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are building advertorial pages and product launch pages for Meta but burning days on designer back-and-forth. If you're running Meta ads and need 5-10 different landing pages testing different hooks, angles, and offers — each one targeting a different audience and pain point — you know the bottleneck isn't the ads. It's the pages. Briefing designers, waiting for revisions, paying $2-5K per page. Stitch eliminates the design bottleneck: → Find a high-converting advertorial that's scaling on Meta → Screenshot it and drop it into Stitch (powered by Gemini 3.1) → Stitch redesigns it with your brand's colors, fonts, and imagery using Nano Banana 2 → Edit sections visually — headlines, CTAs, layouts — without touching code → Export the code and paste it into Claude Code → Claude builds the full production site and deploys to Vercel or Netlify in 60 seconds No designer. No $3K per landing page. No Claude Code frontend that looks like a template from 2019. What you get: → Designer-quality landing pages and advertorials built in minutes, not weeks → Visual editing so you actually see the design before you code it → Nano Banana 2 generating on-brand product imagery and hero shots → A repeatable system — new angle, new page, same pipeline Built 100% with Google Stitch 2.0 + Claude Code. I put together a full playbook showing the exact workflow: how to find winning pages, redesign them in Stitch, and deploy with Claude Code. Want it for free? > Like this post > Comment "STITCH" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

Most media buyers are accidentally sabotaging their own performance. By over-segmenting and campaigns and turning off Advantage+ features, you aren’t “optimizing”, you’re fighting Meta AI. The reality: - Consolidation > Segmentation: Stop slicing your audiences; the more you segment, the more the AI works against you. - Creative signals: The system thrives on strong signals from your creative, not manual tweaks. - Let the algorithm work: The more consolidated your structure, the better the algorithm handles the heavy lifting. If you aren’t feeding the machine strong, diverse signals, you’re just fighting a losing battle.

prediction re the end of spreadsheets AI code gen means that anything that is currently modeled as a spreadsheet is better modeled in code. You get all the advantages of software - libraries, open source, AI, all the complexity and expressiveness. think about what spreadsheets actually are: they're business logic that's trapped in a grid. Pricing models, financial forecasts, inventory trackers, marketing attribution - these are all fundamentally *programs* that we've been writing in the worst possible IDE. No version control, no testing, no modularity. Just a fragile web of cell references that breaks when someone inserts a row. The only reason spreadsheets won is that the barrier to writing real software was too high. A finance analyst could learn =VLOOKUP in an afternoon but couldn't learn Python in a month. AI code gen flips that equation completely. Now the same analyst describes what they want in plain English, and gets a real application - with a database, a UI, error handling, the works. The marginal effort to go from "spreadsheet" to "software" just collapsed to near zero. this is a massive unlock. There are ~1 billion spreadsheet users worldwide. Most of them are building janky software without realizing it. When even 10% of those use cases migrate to actual code, you get an explosion of new micro-applications that look nothing like traditional software. Internal tools that used to live in a shared Google Sheet now become real products. The "shadow IT" spreadsheet that runs half the company's operations finally gets proper infrastructure. The interesting second-order effect: the spreadsheet was the great equalizer that let non-technical people build things. AI code gen is the *next* great equalizer, but the ceiling is 100x higher. We're about to see what happens when a billion knowledge workers can build real software.

RIP landing page designers 🤯 I just built a system in Claude Code that clones high-converting advertorial pages & rebuilds it for your brand in minutes. Find a presell page that's been running on Meta for months → Feed it to Claude Code → Get back a production-ready page with your product, your copy, your angles. Built 100% in Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies testing multiple advertorial angles on Meta. The best brands on Meta are running 5-10 different advertorial pages at any given time. Each one targets a different audience, a different pain point, a different hook. Building those pages manually means freelancers, back-and-forth, and weeks of waiting. This system solves it: → Find an advertorial that's scaling on Meta → Feed the page to Claude Code → Claude extracts the exact DR framework → Swap in your brand details, product, audience, and mechanism → Claude one-shots a complete HTML page following the same proven structure → Paste into Shopify. Done. No designer. No copywriter turnaround. No starting from scratch. What you get: → The exact advertorial structure that's already converting on Meta, rebuilt for your brand → Full HTML page ready to import into Shopify in 60 seconds → Copy that follows every DR beat — authority, pain escalation, root cause reframe, social proof, offer → A repeatable system you can use to spin out new angles whenever you need them The pages that are scaling hardest on Meta all follow the same formula. This just lets you use it. I put together a full guide showing the exact process — how to find winning pages, extract the structure, and build your own in Claude Code. Want the full guide for free? > Like this post > Comment "CLONE" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

How to predict you are too late? The mainstream media is talking about the solution. How to predict you are right on time? Your smart friends are talking about the solution. How to predict you are too early? Nobody is even talking about the problem.

2 years ago, we scaled to $300k/day while completely out of stock.... and the conversion rate improved 🤐 Without a big increase in angry customers Most of you will face inventory issues this Q4. But if you want to keep scaling, here's the playbook we've been gatekeeping for years: Turn your stock crisis into a conversion multiplier. We discovered this accidentally when the factory couldn't keep up with demand. Instead of stopping ads, we tested something controversial: Preorders positioned as exclusive access. Not "sorry, we're out" but "next batch arrives in 21 days - secure yours now before we sell out again." Conversion rate stayed the same. Sometimes went UP. Why? Because real scarcity beats your fake "low stock" urgency every time. Think about it: - Rolex makes you wait 2 years - Supreme drops sell out in minutes - Even Labubus create artificial shortages Your out-of-stock situation is GENUINE scarcity. Use it. Here's the exact playbook: 1) The Reframe Forget your fake "Low stock" text. Now you have REAL scarcity. Scarcity is THE most powerful psychological trigger. Position it as "so popular we can't keep up." When customers see you're genuinely sold out, the fear shifts: "What if I miss the next batch too?" Your messaging: "Due to overwhelming demand, new orders ship [date]. Previous batch sold out in 72 hours." Simple. But it converts. 2) The OP Pre-Order Widget That Converts This shows: - Exact ship date - How many have already preordered - Countdown to next batch You NEED to let your customers know upfront that it's a preorder, provide clear terms, and when they should expect to receive it. This solves your customer service problem, and the scarcity implemented counters the conversion rate drop off. This will allow you to scale while on preorders without much drop in performance, or customer service problems. You don't even need a developer to implement it, you can just have GPT code it from the image. 3) The Backend Protection Naturally, preorders trigger more chargebacks if done wrong. Non-negotiables: - Clear terms upfront - Email confirmation with dates - Weekly updates on status - Disputifier for chargeback protection We've tested this with students in Evolve at every level: $10k days ✓ $70k days ✓ $100k days ✓ Conversion holds. Sometimes improves. The psychology is simple: When something's genuinely hard to get, people want it more. Your inventory problem isn't a crisis. It's an opportunity to create authentic urgency. Q4 stock issues are coming for everyone; something is going to break if you scale too hard. The question is: will you panic or profit? Tis one of the many playbooks we've been implementing in Evolve 🤐

I remember you told me to do pre-sells when I ran out of inventory and to install disputifier. I was able to not only maintain my revenue but even scale with preorders. 100% credit to Evolve. Another tool in my kit now in case of inventory issues😅. That alone made much more than my investment. Not including creative strategy and 3:2:2:2 method😅

F*ck it, I'm done watching brands stay stuck at $1M/month This is how we're building $10M/month machines for Q4. We packaged EVERYTHING: - How to build A level teams (creative team too) that scale to $100k days without you - Our exact creative system hitting $100k days - Our CRO/landing pages strategy that doubles growth - AI systems we're actively using for Ecom brands - Direct access to me and @spencepawliw (with 1:1 calls) for a full year Not group coaching. Full 1:1 mentorship. Current members inside are doing $1-5M/month and mapping out $10M/month for Q4. Here's the thing: Q4 planning starts NOW. The brands that will crush Q4 are building today. We're taking 8 more brands max. Applications close in 48 hours from this tweet, or when slots run out, to start building out personalized Q4 strategies. This is the only time you'll see me post about this. After it closes, it may or may not open again late next year. Real talk: This is for brands doing $500k+/month minimum. It's expensive. Paid yearly upfront. One call to plan Q4 alone will pay itself off multiple times over BFCM, and you still have us for the whole year to support you. We've helped 15 brands hit $100k days through our community, Evolve. This is the next level. Still on the fence? Here's what someone spending $5M/month says: $5M/month in ad spend. Scaled to new heights with us. "You're not serious if you hesitate." The gap between $1M/month and $10M/month isn't just "making more ads". It's building the leverage to do so. DM me if you're ready to take things to the next level. See you at 8 figs/month 👽
