Hope everyone has had a fantastic festive break so far!
We're approaching the end of another year and the start of another. Whilst it's a chance to refresh and restart, it can also feel a tad daunting.
Social media is filled with videos designed to be motivational and inspiring. But it can begin to feel overpowering.
I'm not one for resolutions either. Quite often we set ourselves goals and aims that are too grand. Sometimes it's the little tweaks and changes we make in life that make the bigger difference.
2023 was a hard year for many, but 2024 can be better. It won't be easy but you get out what you put in.
Ease into the New Year. Take each day as it comes. Stay rooted. Stay grounded. Look after yourself and focus on what is truly important in life. Work to live, not the other way around. Ignore what doesn't matter.
Wishing everyone a happy, safe and prosperous New Year!

We’ve loved #transforming this property. Installing @REHAUWindows along with @EnduranceDoors entrance door, and @eurocellplc roofline.

@glazingblogger Decent, passionate and competent installers are a thing of the past it’s sad to say.

What are people's thoughts on youth and new people entering the sector? There are many deciding to retire or leave right now, in all positions, but I don't see much evidence of any major change in the number of new people entering the sector to replace those people. Have apprenticeships worked? Are they working? Are you still finding problems in recruiting labour?
