Celtics are now the obvious pick to win the East. But I'm not ruling out the 1 seed - the Pistons - on mental/physical toughness, on top defense/rebounding, on new starpower from Daniss Jenkins. Surprised Detroit isn't getting more love from the oddsmakers.
