@DepotGenius Apple doesn’t seem interested in “Transformational” anymore. “Transactional” is where it ended up after hiring Managers from BB, SB, and any wireless carrier. You could see this after they created the TS and TE positions.

As I was going through the headcount of who all got fired in the Genius Bar at my store, I don’t know if it was a coincident, but everyone genius who was fired were the last group of ppl who actually had gone to Cupertino for Genius training! #appleanons #geniusbar #applepurge

@LindaLominger Why would they give you a commission when they have you doing this for free? Managers are only looking out for their bonuses when they “force” all these so called priorities on staff.

If someone wants a $40 screen protector for their current device, they are not in the store to discuss trade-in values or carrier financing. It's beginning to feel like a used car sales environment. It might be time to leave before they switch us to commission-based sales.

Asking for a friend (really). What do you do if you receive a cash tip from a customer that you are unable to politely decline? (Like if the customer puts the cash on the table and walks out).

I have absolutely no problem with a customer waiting 5 hours only to be to inform them they bought a fake/counterfeit Product®.

There’s a leadISE role that’s opened up in my store andThis is how I see all the gullible people who applied for it . Do extra work for no compensation at all . Basically saying they’re 50/50 on you being an actual LEAD . Degrading !!!!!!!
