🚨Confessions & Realities of a Banker
Bankers with 15-20 years in Bank
We are in our forties.
We have stable jobs, houses, families who depend on us.
On paper, we are exactly where society said we should be.
But somewhere along the way
our lives became quiet.
We remember our early days in the bank.
Branches felt alive.
There were people not just staff.
We had tea breaks that stretched longer than they should laughter that did not need a reason and friendships that made pressure feel lighter.
Transfers hurt but people made them bearable.
Today, everything has changed.
Now it is targets.
Audits.
Compliance.
Recovery calls.
Digital dashboards tracking every move.
Our phones do not stop ringing
but nothing feels personal anymore.
Every call is urgency.
Every message is a reminder.
Every day is a number.
At the branch, we are sir or madam.
The one who must have answers.
The one who cannot afford to look unsure.
We do not say we are tired.
We do not admit we are struggling.
Because somewhere we learned
seniority means silence.
At home, we become something else.
We are the EMI.
The school fees.
The problem solver.
Our families love us
but they know us as responsibility
not as a person with thoughts that never get spoken.
Our children are growing up in rooms we rarely enter.
Our partners are managing lives we are too exhausted to fully be part of.
And slowly
we become background in our own homes.
Sometimes after closing the branch
we sit in our cars for a few extra minutes.
No targets.
No staff issues.
No customers.
Just silence.
That silence feels real.
More real than most conversations we have in a day.
Our old friends
they exist in WhatsApp groups now.
Happy Birthday.
Congratulations.
Stay blessed.
We do not ask each other the real questions anymore.
Maybe because we already know the answers.
We were told this is success
a permanent job
a secure life
a respected position.
But no one told us
what it would cost.
No one told us that one day we would be surrounded by people and still feel completely alone.
We have built stability for everyone around us.
But somewhere in that process
we quietly disappeared from our own lives.
And maybe
this is not just one story.
Maybe this is the story of every PSU banker
who kept going without ever being asked how they are doing.

What a morally bankrupt country we live in, driven more by emotion than reason.
A man, who wasn’t a nominee in his sister’s bank account, tried to withdraw money after she passed away. The bank asked for a death certificate or nominee proof, which is standard. Instead of following the process, he brought her skeleton to the bank.
Now the whole country is trolling and shaming the bank people.
Funny how no one wants to follow rules. A system doesn’t run on emotions, it runs on rules. But in India, people often choose emotion over process.

I’m shocked more people aren’t making $10,000/month with Claude.
It’s simple.
I shared it with a single mom... she now makes $4,000/month working 1 hour/day.
Usually, I'd charge $199 for this, but today I'm giving it away 100% FREE
(Claude prompts included)
Like + comment 'Claude' & I'll DM it to you

Good Morning, Warriors! 🌅🙏
Subah ke 6 baj rahe hain. Is waqt apne dimaag ko GIFT Nifty, Dow Jones, aur complex data points ke shor se bilkul door rakhiye.
Trading 20% chart hai aur 80% psychology. Agar aapka dimaag abhi se numbers aur predictions mein ulajh gaya, toh 9:15 AM par bell bajte hi aap emotions mein aakar galti kar baithenge. Subah ka waqt sirf apne mind ko align karne ka hota hai.
Aaj terminal on karne se pehle apni 'Psychology' ko is Dhurandhar Roadmap par set kar lijiye:
🚫 Kya AVOID karna hai (Your Shield 🛡️):
Pre-Market Bias: "Market global green hai toh main khulte hi Call lunga." Yeh Operator ka sabse aasan trap hai. Market mein apna koi opinion mat le jaiye, sirf chart ka opinion suniye.
Kal ka Baggage: Kal ka profit aapko overconfident banayega, aur kal ka loss aapse 'Revenge Trade' karwayega. Aaj ek naya din hai. Kal ke P&L ko dimaag se delete kar dijiye.
9:15 AM ki Khujli (FOMO): Market khulte hi "Kucch toh karna hai" wali feeling aapka sabse bada dushman hai. 9:15 par trade lena compulsory nahi hai.
✅ Kya KARNA hai (Your Sword ⚔️):
Accept the Unknown: Apne dimaag ko abhi samjhaiye, "Mujhe nahi pata aaj Operator kya karega. Par jab mera A-Grade setup banega, main bina dare trigger dabaunga."
Define the Daily Rent: Market mein baithne ka ek 'Rent' (Risk limit) hota hai. Terminal on karne se pehle khud ko bata dijiye ki aaj aap kitna loss afford kar sakte hain. Uske baad screen lock.
Sit on Your Hands: Sabse bada aur profitable trade aksar shanti se baith kar market ka tamasha dekhna hota hai. Wait for the liquidity traps to play out.
Data point din mein change hote rahenge, par aapka discipline change nahi hona chahiye.
Chai ya Coffee pijiye. Dimaag ko shant rakhiye. Aaj hum Operator ke dimaag se khelenge! Jai Jagannath! ♟️🦅📈

Aap sabke messages aur comments padh kar dil bhar aaya. Ek follower ne mujhe "Fact-Finding Machine of Nifty" kaha, aur kisi ne kaha "Practicality ko log negativity samajh lete hain." Thank you. 🙏
Meri DNA nahi badlegi. Main Operator ke traps, IV Crush, aur Casino ke manipulations ko waise hi ruthlessly expose karta rahunga. Kyunki jab tak aap dushman ko nahi samjhoge, aap usse jeet nahi sakte.
Lekin, ek bhai ne bohot kamaal ki baat puchi: "Har koi kehta hai trading mushkil hai mat karo, par koi rasta nahi batata ki agar Option Buying karni hai toh karein kaise?"
Message received loud and clear.
We will expose the traps, BUT we will also conquer the matrix. Dhal (Shield) bhi humari hogi, aur Talwar (Sword) bhi! ⚔️📈
Tayyar raho. The Probability Monk is evolving!

If you can earn ₹1 lakh per month remotely, move to your village.
- Renovate your village home.
- Buy basic things like a sofa, TV, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge.
- Keep a house helper and give someone a job.
- Buy some land at a low price, grow your own vegetables and fruits, and eat fresh food daily.
- Buy a cow and take good care of her. Don’t keep her tied on a hard floor. Let the calf drink milk and use the extra fresh milk to make paneer, curd, and ghee.
- Wake up to fresh air and natural sunlight.
- Listen to birds instead of traffic noise.
Real happiness is not in big cities.

In October 2020, a joint op by 53 RR, J&K Police, and CRPF in Chadoora, Budgam, led to the surrender of newly recruited militant Jahangir Ahmad Bhat.
Despite coming under fire, security forces prioritized his safety, with a viral video capturing an officer reassuring him: "Kuch nahi hoga beta." Armed with a snatched AK-47 and backed by his father’s appeals at the scene, Bhat chose to lay down his arms-a powerful moment reflecting the Army’s "human touch" and efforts to pull youth back from the brink. 🇮🇳

A gift from the small yet love-filled hearts of Indian children to their classmates at #Minab School in Iran;
When an Indian child, with tiny hands, offers their piggy bank as a gift to the children of Iran.
