The CEO sets the pace of growth for the entire company That means they need to see 5 or 6 steps down the road so they can prepare the team for what's coming A CEO who's always playing catch up leads to confusion and flat growth

Hot take: Your company is making exactly how much revenue it deserves to be making If you're not happy with revenue growth, you need to level up as a CEO

Fast feedback and a written spec are not in conflict. The spec doesn't need to be heavy. It needs to be specific enough that two people reading it would build the same. Most PRDs fail that test anyway. Docs vs no docs is the wrong question. It is whether the shared model exists before execution starts.

New MIT & Stanford studies just dropped: AI assistants like ChatGPT & Claude are dangerously agreeable. When users express, harmful, deceptive or unethical beliefs, these AIs are 49% more likely to encourage their delusions. Instead of correcting bad ideas, they’re amplifying them. This is doing more harm than good. We need truth-seeking AI, not yes-men in silicon. dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/ar…

Every founder and CEO should read all they can about the drama triangle. If you cannot face another person directly, you will drag a third person in and call it process. That is how companies rot from the inside.
