This is genuinely one of the most telling stats I have seen from a wellness app. Getting people to open something before Instagram, before WhatsApp, before the noise of the entire world floods in, is almost impossible. One thing I've noticed in Web3 is that user growth is easy to track, but user retention is much harder to achieve. The projects that last are usually the ones that become part of a person's daily routine, not just a one-time interaction. That's why @sleepagotchi caught my attention.
