That “oops, there seems to be a problem” message is really frustrating, especially after you’ve already reinstalled the app. If you can see your channels but can’t log in, it usually means there’s a temporary issue on our side rather than anything you’re doing wrong. Our teams are already looking into this, and we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. A couple of quick things that can help while we fix it: Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data. If possible, try signing in on another device to see if it works there. If it still won’t let you sign in, please drop us a DM with your email address used for My Virgin Media and we’ll check your account from our side. We’ll get this sorted for you.

@virginmedia please sort out the Virgin go app. I can’t sign in the silly ‘oops there seems to be a problem’ message comes up. Have reinstalled the app and everything else. Seems to be your end as can see my channels etc but can’t sign in.
