The shift in 1:1s with I replaced "How's everything going?" with "What's one thing that could be better?" is bonkers. This is the difference between being open to feedback and seeking feedback.

 In the last 10 years, they spent 96% of their cash flow to buy back shares of their own stock in order to boost executive bonuses. They shouldn't see a dime of taxpayer money.

@zhobbs @AmazonFresh They do deliver in #Austin but demand is high. New delivery times seem to get released late at night. I placed an order for Sunday delivery around 4:30am today but most slots for that day were already taken. I've also had good luck with @HEB curbside pickup, ordering days ahead.

@AmazonFresh do you serve austin, or just overloaded right now?
