@Medtronic I have called in three times this last week about my Abbott sensor order and each time told the order was on its way. Only to keep seeing it’s pending. I have been without CGM for over 10 days now with zero feedback and feel completely in the dark. What do I do?!

Our engineering teams have been working closely with our Google partners to identify a solution. At this time, please check for a system update from Google by following these steps: Open the Settings app on your Pixel device, Scroll down and tap System, Tap on System update, Tap the Check for update button, If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.

@minimed splitting from medtronic is genuinely the worst mistake you could have made. i’ve never had so many problems in my 20+ years of being a customer as i’ve had in the past six months.

@minimed @eladmeidar 2/. I found this whole process disappointing. No formal communication from Minimed re: tech issue. Long phone waits about this problem & no communication about it being fixed. Customers left to figure this all out on our own. Tk goodness for other pump users and social media.

Currently at 46 minutes on hold with @Medtronic trying to get support for my insulin pump. They offer to call you back but last time called me back at 3 AM. This company made $33.537 billion last year.

@WesHolman Hi, Wes. Instinct sensors ordered directly from Medtronic are not on backorder right now. Supply through distributors can vary, so if they’re having trouble getting inventory, please ask them to connect with us.

@minimed it is all on back order for who knows how long. another broken medtronic- minimed promise. over promised and under delivered.

@minimed Thank you. Especially the while driving part. While sitting down it’s harder to get into your pocket and retrieve the device. Even more with the silicone protection on it.

Hey @minimed big fan of the pump and the phone app but can you do me a favor? Can y’all make it so we can acknowledge our pump with our phone? There’s times where it’s easier to do it with my phone than reaching into my pocket as I’m driving to acknowledge the pump.

@minimed If only I could pair these sensors with my pump. I was told I could pair the Instinct sensors without an internet connection. That was a lie. @minimed, your claim of 24/7 tech support is also a lie. I've been on hold for 2 hours straight. MiniMed does not deserve your business.
