4. Create a talking video - Upload your character to HeyGen and create a video of them speaking.
5. Animate your B-Roll - Use Kling 3.0 to turn your static images into videos.
6. Design a voice - In ElevenLabs, click Create Voice → Voice Design and describe your character's voice (e.g. "A middle-aged American woman with a Southern accent").
