i’ve tried this exact strategy and it still works, ~3k followers and 4.1M views in first 3 days
he’s using it to promote SaaS and push low ticket course
all you need to replicate it is:
> Record video of yourself
> Nano Banana to swap you into another person & character you want
> Kling Motion Control to animate it
3min and you have your viral reels ready

this kid has racked up 650M views on TT turning himself into whatever celebrity his followers request > first video was uploaded 40 days ago > since then: 80 videos, 650M views, 768K followers > one format, recycled over and over and the wildest part? he’s not even real

Your going to see a ton of apps sell for millions this year
All scaled by AI UGC
I made this AI UGC video for neuro gum in about 10 minuets

It’s hard to believe but I created this video for Neuro gum completely with AI…
I actually ended up buying some after I made this video lol
There is a HUGE opportunity with AI UGC and clipping to scale brands and apps
But no one is doing is properly
I put my full workflow on how I create these videos into a PDF if you want it to create content for your own brand or start faceless UGC
RT + comment “CR” and I’ll send it over to you (must be following so I can DM)

there is a crazy amount of money to be made from AI slideshows
wonder how freecash got to #2 on the US app store?
they used an affiliate network (Glitchy to be exact) to run their campaign and people executed it perfectly with slideshows that can be made in seconds with AI
this model lets you avoid all the bullshit that comes with maintaining a product and still make a ton (you get paid on the install)
whole setup is:
> pick one affiliate offer on Glitchy (for offers like freecash, request in Glitchy’s discord
> buy aged TikTok accounts (also can be bought on Glitchy marketplace)
> set up automation to create the slideshows for you or create manually with Nano Banana 2
> make sure you don't upload them but get them to save to your drafts
> remember to add the text natively (TikTok loves native text)
> use comment bot to increase conversion rate and help your post go viral
whoever does this will actually make stupid amounts of money
and you can literally automate the whole process with Open Claw, Claude Cowork or CrafftAi

UGC creators reading this article and realise they're charging way too much and getting half the results as a kid generating 20 million views running a slideshow farm

By the end of 2026 your going to of heard dozens of stories about apps and brands being sold for MILLIONS
all through organic content
we all know making the product is easy now and that distribution will be what makes and breaks businesses in this AI era
i've been apart in some big apps these last few months generating 100 millions views
and there is ONE key thing i see that makes an app have $10 million potential and ones that have $30k MRR potential
and its not:
>app idea
>branding
>how good the product is
its how good of a creative team do they have
most businesses have 100 creators that have no clue what their doing upload rinsed angles thinking "volume is key"
you couldn't be more wrong
one killer will out perform 1000 untrained creators 9/10 times without doubt
this is the hardest part about getting your app to $1 mill MRR now
you have to actually go and FIND these killers or take your time to train them
which lets be honest just takes too much work
thats why Content Rewards is the best platform to work with out of all of them
not only do you get your creators trained but its where all the killers are
if your still trying to run your own creative team then you are just working much harder than you need to be

talked to one of our creators yesterday who went from $0 to $6,800/mo in 2 months
and i asked him what he'd do differently if he started over
his answer surprised me:
"i'd stop watching tutorials and just post. i wasted my entire first week watching youtube videos about how to clip. by the time i actually posted my first video i was overthinking everything."
"my hooks were too complicated. my edits were too polished. i was trying to make masterpieces instead of just making clips"
then he said something that stuck w/ me:
"my best-performing clip of all time took me 4 minutes to make. my worst-performing clip took me 45 minutes"
"i've realised there's zero correlation between effort and results in this model."
"the algorithm does not care how long you spent editing. it cares if someone stops scrolling in the first 2 seconds"
i hear this pattern constantly from our top earners
the ones making $5k-$10k+/mo all went through the same realization:
the skill in clipping isn't editing. it's speed and volume
the creator spending 30 minutes per clip making 4 videos a day WILL ALWAYS make less than the creator spending 4 minutes per clip making 15 videos a day
bc each clip is an independent lottery ticket w/ asymmetric upside
your base hits ($20-$50 per clip) cover your time.
your random breakout clips ($200-$500+) build real income
and you never know which clip is going to break out. NEVER. even after thousands of clips, the best creators still can't predict w/ certainty which ones will pop
so the strategy is simple:
maximize the number of tickets you buy every day
the batch editing workflow exists for this exact reason.
brainstorm hooks in bulk, edit the first clip, duplicate, swap the hook, export, repeat. 15-20 unique clips in under 2 hours
and use AI as much as you can in the editing process (if campaign allows and without degrading quality)
this is how you make $10k/mo making videos
