Unfortunately migraine (especially migraine w/ aura) is also a risk factor for stroke. Hopefully @WLGore RELIEF trial will clarify benefit of PFO closure in migrainers

Repeat was done before pt was referred to us: negative by color doppler (bubbles not order) but poor window. TEE done for adequate imaging, better characterization 📐
