@davidcsutton @AndreaBMosler I definitely think a lack of regular supervision of staff plays a role. The difficulty of entering data into the reporting platform also contributes as athletes would rather report in bulk than battle the platform daily. Improving both might result in more regular reporting.

@molly_physio @AndreaBMosler I read this paper, great work. What do you think was the reason behind athletes retrospectively entering data weeks later. Is the onus on staff to check data entry regularly?
