@patriisnumb I just log all my foods/calories in an app then if I purge the food I just log the cals for that food it’s probably not entirely accurate because you definitely still absorb some cals and or don’t get it all up, so it’s definitely not the exact amount just the amount of the foods

Drank a fuck ton of water and forgot I still haven’t weighed myself #FUCK
