It’s a funny, revealing celebration!
@KingBobIIV Nor do I. At least in the very very early stages of investigation. Even the medical checks would not have been this quick?? This an outrage whatever happened. The police didn't broadcast it, why????
I do not believe for one single second that any women would just make up a story about being gangraped by four men. I dont. Maybe I'm judging her by my standards, but I just do not believe it. What I *do* believe is that the Police, with a proven history of lying, corruption and bullshit, rape and child trafficking spanning decades, would rather paint her as a liar than be honest with the public.
@NguyenThih36 China never had a navy. They built one once to invade Japan. But it got destroyed by a typhoon. China never ruled outside its boundaries therefore has no rights except to the accepted allowance from its land. Taiwan never been chinese
@wds08@ImtiazMadmood@CNToWest Read her book. Was a lot of negative press about its authenticity plus who she married. However I found it informative and explained a lot. I had female westernised Muslim friend and it related a lot to me about my friend
The Muslim mayor of Rotherham in the UK says that Britain can only be great again by implementing Sharia law, and demands the expulsion of all non-Muslims! Including British citizens.

If you earn over £12.5k - then you pay tax on anything you earn over that
If your pension is over £12.5k then you pay tax on anything you earn over that.
So - if you get benefits in total value of more than 12.5k (inc housing benefit etc) then you should have to pay tax.
That is fairness. All political parties should be looking at this.
We cannot continue to have a two tier system between those who do contribute and those that don’t - especially a system that benefits those who don’t
The abduction and sexual enslavement of Yazidi girls was a monstrous campaign of mass rape, torture, slavery, and soul-destroying cruelty unleashed in August 2014 in Sinjar, northern Iraq.
Thousands of Yazidi women and girls, some as young as nine, were ripped from their families’ arms, stripped naked in front of cheering crowds, and auctioned like cattle in the slave markets of Mosul.
Sold as “sabaya,” they were handed over as property to ISIS fighters and their allies. Day after day they were gang-raped, beaten with electrical cables, burned with cigarettes, electrocuted, and passed from one man to another until their bodies and minds were shattered.
Many were forced to watch their sisters suffer the same fate. Those who tried to resist were locked in dark rooms, starved, or executed in front of the others as a warning.
The few thousand girls who survived and escaped carry their hell with them every single day. They live with broken bodies, infertility, sexually transmitted diseases, and wounds that will never heal.
Nightmares, flashbacks, and crushing shame follow them into every new life they try to build. Many have attempted suicide. Many remain silent because their own communities still whisper that they are “spoiled.”
And the world? The world has moved on. No red carpets, no endless media cycles, no global outrage that lasts longer than a headline. Their suffering is barely a footnote now, forgotten, underfunded, and ignored while the girls who were never found remain missing and the survivors who were rescued are left to rot in silence.
No one wants to hear their stories anymore. No one wants to look at the scars. The Yazidi girls were kidnapped, broken, and then abandoned all over again, this time by the indifference of the entire planet.
@BladeoftheS Trains didn't run. Coal industry was doomed. Dirty coal as compared to clean coal. Ok polish coal was dirty but political decision. And mines were mostly dangerous and needed major investment to keep safe. Every govt worried abt next disaster
Before Margaret Thatcher the UK had much cheaper rail, much cheaper mail, some of the cheapest Energy and Fossil Fuel in Europe and the cheapest water in Europe.
Because we owned it.
I have to put my dog down tomorrow morning.
It's just time, he's got multiple things going on.
I knew for a long time this day was coming (he's a senior rescue) and I know we are doing the right thing.
But I'm heartbroken and crying my eyes out anyway.
