@mpzalewski @Ocramius I've done it before too, but I've noticed, people prefer CI-based feedback they can learn and understand themselves, to human-feedback, that doesn't appear instantly after each commit, requires human interaction and often feels like nitpicking. Me too :D

@VotrubaT @Ocramius I respect that 👌 I usually start with spreading the good practices, letting it “sink” within the team… and then automatize everything 🚀 this way we don't lose knowledge-sharing, but also don't loose our minds during code review in a long term 😄
