If we want to save the #FACup then what happened today strengthens the case for bringing in a new rule that teams from a lower division who draw a team from a higher one automatically play the tie at home. Port Vale might have had a chance at home against Chelsea but not at Stamford Bridge. And look at what Southampton have just done to Arsenal with home advantage.
