MS 3rd rd PGA results:
SUMMARY:
--Jackson Suber: +2, -8 tot, T12
--Chad Ramey: -1, -7 tot, T18
--Davis Riley: -1, -4 tot, T45
DETAILS:
--Suber was +2 after 2 and never got below that in a round with 2 birdies and 4 bogeys. Lost 3 stokes to the field on putting today.
--Ramey's score never got out of the -1 to +1 range today. Birdies on 16 & 17 gave him an under par finish, but he still fell 7 spots down the leaderboard today.
--Riley got to -2 after 7 and wasn't able to get any lower the rest of the way. Was 14th for the day on SG: Putting and was 7/9 Scrambling, but lost ground on SG: Off the Tee and SG: Approach to Green.

#WilsonFurr 3rd rd KFT result: Shot a -2 with 4 birdies and 2 bogeys. Has him at -8 and moved him 16 spots up the leaderboard to T30. The T9 group is at -11 so a top-10 finish is possible if Wilson has one of his go low rounds tomorrow.

@riley_tracker Giving himself a lot good looks, just needs the putter to get hot the rest of the way.

MS PGA 2nd rd results--great day on the PGA!
SUMMARY:
--Jackson Suber: -7, -10 tot, T2 (3 behind leader)
--Chad Ramey: -3, -6 tot, T11
--Davis Riley: -5, -3 tot, T46
DETAILS:
--Suber got in this event with a -9 at the Monday Qualifier and he has stayed hot. Has had 11 birdies so far and only 1 bogey. T4 on GIR (29/36) and 7/7 Scrambling.
--Ramey is now 8 of 9 making the cut in 2026 which is great, but he hasn't had that really strong weekend needed to produce a top-10 result--maybe this week.
--Riley was 2 outside the cut line with 3 holes to play. Hit 3 great approach shots and made 3 clutch birdie putts to make the cut. He opened with a bogey today and then reeled off 6 birdies and 11 pars. Hope that great play carries over to the weekend.

@riley_tracker 3 great approach shots and 3 clutch putts. When Davis is good, he can be very, very good!
English

@riley_tracker To answer my own question, maybe he was counting on getting the free drop closer to the fairway because of the obstruction from the stands.
English

@riley_tracker As an aside, Stephen Fisk is in Riley's group and he is at -2. Just took a driver on 17 instead of laying up and went way left. What was he thinking???
English

@riley_tracker That was clutch. Next two holes are ranked 13th and 14th so should give decent chances for a birdie, but hopefully two birdies.
English

@riley_tracker Going to get a good read on this putt, good chance to birdie even if it is from 21 feet.
English

@riley_tracker Now just 1 off the current cut line. Will need a strong finish but is certainly doable with as well as he is playing today.

Min Woo Lee talking about scoring better by slowing down his swing speed and being more accurate off the tee. It seems like Trackman has everyone wanting to swing faster, faster and faster. Maybe a little slower swing and more accuracy is the better way to go for many golfers.

Min Woo Lee admitted he thought he was good enough for the PGA Tour last year after his win at Memorial Park, but the signature events continued to beat him up. It's why he slowed down his driver swing this year. The change, which is minuscule, helped him go from 105th to seventh in SG: Off the Tee from 2025 to his six starts in 2026. "I felt like I went backward, which wasn't I guess the right way. These young kids are hitting it long and pretty straight. You've just got to hit it straight at signature events."

@Cam_Jourdan Sometimes it feels like golfers get too hung up on trying to improve their Trackman numbers rather than just focusing on hitting a solid and accurate shot off the tee.
