@lumitherapy contacted your customer services ,via email 5 times , as a leak was found within 1 week of using my ice bath, still no reply ! This is the second time I have contacted you through Twitter as well, still no reply. Shocking customer service.

@lumitherapy bought a LUMI a few weeks ago. Found it had a puncture, I have emailed customer service numerous times but no outcome as of yet.
