Got the 4-1 in the Arena Open Draft 2 to win the $2000 Carrot Cake was the MVP - finding the right number/type of lands is important, and the cake ensured that happened often enough (and games where I had bad mana issues were ones where I didn't have my cake) @fireshoes @mtghorde

3-1 in the Arena Open draft 2 for $1000 with BW Modified Aggro. Had a couple of busted Mythics, Ajani and Solitude, and the deck also consistently had fast / evasive starts @lordsoflimited @fireshoes @mtghorde

@PsyHye @BinarySoloMTG @MTG_Arena I believe the reasoning is that the MTGA formats are a pair. So Alchemy feeds into Historic while Standard feeds into Explorer. This creates greater distinction between Historic and Explorer.

@BinarySoloMTG @MTG_Arena I still don't understand why the alchemy balance changes have to affect the cards in HISTORIC?! WTF is up with that? And then it's even more confusing when the balance update is reverted when the card exists alchemy format? I have no idea how it works but it makes no sense.

Alchemy not going away tells you two things: - Alchemy sets made @MTG_Arena a bunch of money - they think they need to continue to push Alchemy-the-format as a place to play Alchemy sets despite the clear preference for Historic; perhaps Alchemy players spend a lot

I'm a step away. It's cheating if you play a format everyone hates and you're good at it so you mostly trophy or get 6 wins? Sometimes I still completely loose to bombs I can't answer in time, but look at the record. Still happy about this. The higher I have ever been. @mtghorde
