Significant governance upgrades at $133.HK that should help aggressively close the 50% NAV discount:
1. External management agreement internalized at ZERO buyout cost to shareholders—virtually unheard of in Western markets, especially considering external management fees routinely ran over US$10m p.a prior to 2025.
2. Major shareholder TFI recently acquired 3.1M new shares at $19.44, after buying out the previous activist at $17 last year.

$JFIN earnings solid. Q1 revenue came in at $109.7M, repeat borrowers increased to 76.3% (vs 71.9% last year), 90+ day delinquency stayed low at 2.25%, and the company has now repurchased $30.4M of stock while extending its buyback. Nice to see the focus on asset quality.

Just popped my head about the parapet Sold all of my $JD holding at $28.68 for a 17% loss Bought more $AMD at $202 to average up to approx $140 average. Rough week but consolidating into companies I believe in more for the future. $JD still have its day For sure and I may well be back.

@JSE_Invest the problem is the stock based comp which offsets buybacks quite substantially. when your business suffers regulatory crackdown you shouldn't dilute your stock and fill your pockets. bad move.

There goes another 15% of the market cap with a buyback. When valuation is this low (and as market cap is below net current assets) the ROI on buybacks is extremely high. Simple and just doing the right things. $FINV
