🚨🚨 Ground Reality of Insurance Ombudsman in Maharashtra Let’s talk facts 👇 📍 Pune Ombudsman
⏳ Average hearing time: ~18 months 📍 Mumbai Ombudsman
⏳ Average hearing time: ~11–13 months For a policyholder already struggling with a claim… waiting 1–1.5 years for a hearing is not acceptable. 📢 What’s needed urgently:- 👉 Mumbai needs at least 1 more Ombudsman office. 
(Location suggestion: Dadar / Ghatkopar) 👉 Pune needs at least minimum 3 more Ombudsman offices This is not a complaint… 
This is a system improvement request. Faster hearings = Faster justice for policyholders. 🙏 Requesting authorities to look into this: Justice delayed = Justice denied. @IRDAI_Official
