@KevinGMayfield It's unbelievable how many times the same PDF document is stored across the health economy. Originating clinical system, TIE, Trust EDMS, regional share care record, Patient Engagement Platforms and GP systems. Will this API fix the store once, retrieve anyway problem?

What are the basic interoperability problems NHS England can realistically achieve across the NHS? I think the focus on document transfers (via MESH) needs to swap to sharing of documents via an open API.

@hm_devx There's no appetite for these technologies at the organisation level. Tried for years to get EPACCS going using them. Could have used them for unified meds, but alas, they tried to build a data orchestration sandwich instead.
