@SF_England Hi Amy. In a nutshell: you means tested the wrong parent (we're divorced). We sent evidence as requested (Recorded Delivery) but you admitted losing it. We sent it all again weeks ago. Brief phone chat then...nothing. Website down. Phone cuts us off. We're stuck!
