Started hitting up the gym more often and as a noob++ I can teach noobs what I think we’re supposed to do: 1. Find a gym thats as close as possible 2. Consistency > performance. Just try to get your ass there every 2-3 days even if it’s just for 5min 3. Once your consistent you can optimize and learn what to do 4. Always focusing on perfect form. Find someone told help or watch tons of videos. No point in doing some exercise the wrong way (aka cheat reps or recruiting other muscles) 5. Eat proteins! I always thought it was dumb but saw no progress until I actually started eating some of these proteins (for 70kg I need to eat 150g protein per day when even during rest days oO) 6. Don’t do cardio 7. Always train to failure
