Hoy, en la @DerHumanosAN, solicité el cambio del orden del día para incorporar el inicio del proceso de fiscalización y supervisión sobre el dique permeable que protegía la captación de la hidroeléctrica Coca Codo Sinclair, ubicado en el sector San Carlos, cantón El Chaco. Más de 19 millones de dólares se habrían perdido en una obra cuya situación debe ser esclarecida con total transparencia. Lo más preocupante es el silencio del Gobierno frente a un hecho que compromete recursos que pertenecen a todos los ecuatorianos.
