BREAKING: The US has released the full text of its 14-point "Memorandum of Understanding" with Iran. Key terms include: 1. The US, Iran, and their allies agree to immediately and permanently end military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon 2. The US and Iran agree to respect each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity and not interfere in each other's internal affairs 3. The US and Iran commit to negotiating and reaching a final deal within 60 days, unless mutually extended 4. The US will begin removing its naval blockade immediately and fully end the blockade within 30 days 5. Iran will use its best efforts to ensure safe passage for commercial vessels through the Strait of Hormuz for 60 days with no charge 6. The US and regional partners will develop a mutually agreed plan of at least $300 billion for Iran's reconstruction and economic development 7. The US will work toward terminating all types of sanctions against Iran, including UN, IAEA, primary, and secondary sanctions 8. Iran reaffirms that it will not procure or develop nuclear weapons and agrees to address its enriched material stockpile under IAEA supervision 9. Until a final deal is reached, Iran will maintain the current status quo of its nuclear program, while the US will impose no new sanctions and deploy no additional forces 10. The US Treasury will issue waivers for Iranian crude oil, petroleum products, derivatives, and associated banking, insurance, and transportation services 11. The US will make frozen or restricted Iranian funds and assets fully available for use 12. The US and Iran will establish an executive mechanism to monitor implementation of the MOU and future compliance with the final deal 13. After signing the MOU and implementing key ceasefire, blockade, shipping, oil waiver, and asset-release provisions, the US and Iran will begin final deal negotiations 14. The final deal will be endorsed by a binding UN Security Council resolution The memorandum will trigger a 60-day window to negotiate a final deal.

looks like @tradexyz just made another victim. i won’t lie, i was a fan of Ventuals as they were among the first teams to bring Hyperliquid pre-IPO stocks onchain unfortunately for them tho tradexyz controls the vast majority of volume across overlapping HIP-3 markets, often capturing 90%+ market share; and when one venue owns the liquidity, mindshare, and order flow, everyone else is effectively fighting over scraps. Ventuals ultimately became the worst-performing HIP-3 deployment by cumulative PnL which led it to where it is now the bigger question is whether HIP-3 can sustainably support multiple deployers, or if this naturally becomes a winner-takes-most market where one player captures the majority of the economics. regardless, props to @alvinhsia and team for making it this far. looking forward to seeing what they build next. hyperliquid

R.I.P. to my points😭 obviously this was a great idea the spacex ipo proves it’s use case. But when tradexyz comes and takes your lunch what can you do🤷🏽‍♂️ Obviously I’m salty this didn’t play out but I’m glad I got to participate in such an innovative idea. Shoutout to the team for making holders whole(salty I sold for a 20% haircut when price depegged😭) HIP-3 markets have been a winner take all game. Any good idea will end up getting absorbed in the top performer. Seems like the only teams who should stake are ones that want to make a better front end. Or apps like fomo or phantom that already have a user base and integrate perps into their product.

jokes aside, going to sign off on this note before going to bed: im one of the bigger crypto believers i know, and these past six months have tested me like no other bear has, mainly for the fact that i don't see any easy way out/reason it'd turn around quickly people are leaving who wont come back right away, capital continues to choose better opportunities with more certainty, dat overhangs will cast a long shadow and thats coming from a position of strength, spot/cash - those who believed on leverage or picked the wrong coins are going through worse trials its going to get worse before it gets better but it will get better, it always does, theres a finite supply of btc in an infinite money printing world, and some day in the next year after leaving and not paying attn those people will realize btc is 80k again, and if it can survive saylor it can survive anything

I’m so salty about missing the HYPE trade from 20 to 75😭 have some spot but I thought we’d go to ≈15 so I was waiting to load up at those levels. But tbh I never thought HYPE would be at $70+ continuously making ATHs while BTCs @ 64k. The decoupling was amazing to watch. Honestly the past year has been pretty 💩for me, but ive learned so much. I can’t wait to use the knowledge I’ve gained to become a better me💯
