@LisperMuriuki we spoke on the evening of 26th January and you had promised the refund will be sorted with Standard Chartered bank for the @Giftpesa_Ke voucher. I have been following up with your team since end November and get thrown around with various promises and lies.

Seems like you guys are running a con operation.
