@cogeco Your service is unacceptable. You promised to reconnect my line two weeks after it was proven that I had damage to our existing line — it’s now been five weeks with no call, no update, no follow-up. With customer service this poor, it’s a wonder you’re still in business.

@AirCanada at fault for damaging my son’s car seat, rendering it useless for the trip. Refusing to acknowledge fault/accept responsibility. Customer service continues to slide down the toilet. Our nation’s carrier is a joke. 🇨🇦🍁

@AirCanada new lounge policy, no communication, limiting lounge access to <3 hours prior to departure. Refused access ~20 minutes before the 3-hour window... Customer service at its finest… 🙄
