Because it had to be in-context of game state, I knew a lot off the top of my head, but so many I had to check the game and then categorise it.
Maybe that’s why I’m riding out for 18/19, he broke the deadlock so many times first half of that season.

In terms of what I actually believe his 4th best season is, it’s 19/20. But I prefer 18/19 because of the pressure he was under after 17/18.

In the last 15 games, Salah failed to register a NPG or Assist in 10 of them
This was Salah in the 4 games LFC dropped pts during that stretch (I'm not blaming him for not winning the pl)

Finest margins PL season EVER, if Liverpool get it over the line, with Salah’s first half + last 7-8 games, does anyone ever care about that drought?

Salah’s PL goal drought lasted for seven games.
In the FOUR games Liverpool dropped points, Mane scored once in two, and NOBODY scored in the other two.
Compare that to what Haaland was allowed to do this year.

• 19 NPG + 3 penalties all won by himself. His second least BCM, too.
• 8 assists, 16 BCC (third most ITL) with 2 pens won, which *technically* ties him with Hazard on 18 BCC.
• Most points won via G/A in a 97 point campaign.
