“let me do this *looks out the window* ok what was i going to do? oh ya tarot *makes a tweet* ok i need to shower *forgets about cards* makes it to the shower but forgot a towel *sits on bed for 20 minutes on phone.* goes to shower and forgot towel.

ADHD isn’t just being excited & hyper active in the way you think. it doesn’t make you just run around. it’s an inability to focus. Completely forgetting what was said 2 seconds ago. Can’t get organized. Can’t start projects. Time doesn’t exist. Doing something but nothing at all
