@MillieParfait its not *too* uncommon but if its out of the ordinary for u, it could be a one-off, stress and the like can increase the intensity of your cycle…personally though, if my cramps continued past day 4-5, id get a check-up just in case!! hope u feel better soon millie!!🥺🫳🐈
