@mattpocockuk Sorry this has been confusing. I know we should be clearer here, the Agent SDK spans a lot of use cases and that makes it tough to give guidance for. We're working on more clarity for this & I'll follow up. Thanks for bearing with us, been a hectic couple weeks.

Can I get some questions answered by someone at Anthropic? 1. Can you use an OAuth token generated from a subscription to power the Claude Agent SDK strictly for using Claude Code in a local dev loop? All I want is a more reliable API for parallelizing multiple Claude Code's. 2. If I build an open source tool that relies on this pattern - i.e. for making parallelization easier - can I distribute it so that other people can use it? The reason I'm asking is that the legal compliance docs and @trq212's public statements (below) appear to contradict. x.com/trq212/status/…

I love @NTSlive, but I never listened to it while working since I don't like music playing from my browser. But today I saw that nts.live has a progressive web app, so I can run the NTS player just as a normal app! Amazing music curation! Way better than Spotify.

Gave up on using Google search and switched over to kagi.com. The amount of ads was just unbearable, and Kagi's search results are just as good, but without the ads. Feels like a breath of fresh air. @KagiHQ

A lot of non-technical people are going to be surprised that their coding agents are not faster on their new M5 Max MBPs.

I can say this as a @PlanetScale customer: there is literally nothing better. Every single person I've interacted with there knows their shit, unlike anyone I've met before them. Getting phenomenal support as we work through some scaling things we need to do for our next launch.

@sorenmartius Even more as an individual within an organization that does not have to slow down to either align on direction or ask for permission. So a founder can move even faster. As a founder, you should look for where delivery stalls from missing authority to go fast

@sorenmartius Before, we had cross-functional teams; now we have cross-functional individuals. One way that significantly accelerates delivery is that individuals can move really fast because there is no communication overhead between disciplines.

The past 6 months of building with AI have forced me to rethink almost everything about how I build a startup. Being a generalist matters more than ever. You still need to understand every domain — product, infra, GTM, and content. AI does not replace judgment. It adds the ability to execute on domains you were not previously an expert in. (and it's fun) Stay small. Writing code is no longer the bottleneck. Coordination is. Every extra person adds planning overhead that compounds against your velocity. Lean was always right — now there is less reason to compromise on it. Multitasking becomes genuinely enjoyable. Right now I have Claude Code building a feature while I'm drafting content strategy in a separate context. Running parallel workstreams used to require a team. Now it requires attention and clear prompts. Best if most people on your team are technical. Not in the sense of writing production Rust. But your GTM team needs to know how to prompt, orchestrate, and evaluate agents. If they cannot do that, they are working at a fraction of their potential. The founders who figure this out early will build faster, burn less, and stay closer to what matters.

If you are still running your GitHub Actions on GitHub, it's time to switch to an action runner like @depotdev — faster and cheaper. I even set up a Rust sscache to speed up Rust builds and use it for local builds as well.

I haven't tried Claude Code Remote, but @Tailscale + tmux does the same thing, AND it gives you access to your actual dev environment. Works with any terminal application, so any coding agent.

@mudassir_siddi Switching from coding agents to manually reviewing diffs feels like regressing from science fiction to medieval tools. The process is incredibly painful and feels out of place at this point.

Reviewing PRs by reading diffs no longer makes sense. Turn your PRs into actual understanding. I built a tool that uses your local coding agent to transform any PR into a guided walkthrough. Try it and give me feedback! github.com/oddur/gnosis
