Hey @OldNavy .. I got 90% of our daughters Easter basket stuffers from your check out lanes. Your cash register even commented on all of it. Why last night when I go to assemble the baskets do I find that not a single one was in the bag? And no, there wasn't a second bag.

@OldNavy I paid for 2-day express shipping, but my order was sent ground and won’t arrive until next week. UPS confirmed the label. Why was I charged for express if you shipped it slower? That is a deceptive business practice.

Hey @OldNavy I had saved up nearly $50 of rewards from using the your store credit card and because of the Encore system change it’s now only worth $10.🤬 Kind of shady that the app now conveniently only shows how many points instead of $ amount earned. Shady and wrong af 🖕
