@eBay_UK Finally finding the Sign Out option, then logging back in, the issue is fixed. During login, the 2 factor auth using the app didn't work, which is a surprise, as usually I can auth the app with the app, which always makes me chuckle...

@ChargePointnet @nationaltrust Thanks, they've just told me to wait for them to be reversed. No mention of the app or contactless not working, and taking money but not charging. Or the issue where you can't report an issue on the app. Any comments on those?

Awful public charging exp @ChargePointnet at Powis castle - took 6 payments, reversed 4, kept 2; £15 and £50, but didn't put any charge in the car. Contactless and app didn't work, as a guest or with a login, and wouldn't let me report any issue. How do I get a refund?

Regularly use PIP on my @ASUSUK PA279CRV but it's very annoying when the PIP input is shut down, and it sends the monitor to sleep, even though the main input is still awake. Is there a firmware update to fix this?

Sharing an update on the recovery of our services. We were able to resolve the impact to traffic flowing through our network at approximately 14:30 UTC, which was our first priority, but the incident required some additional work to fully restore our control plane (our dashboard and the APIs our customers use to configure Cloudflare). The control plane should now be fully available. We are monitoring those services and continuing to ensure that everything is fully operational. Again, we plan to share a complete walkthrough of what went wrong today in a couple of hours and how we plan to make sure this never happens again.

Always thought sites would be up 100% of the time (or near as damn it) with @Cloudflare but 2025 shows this is not the case. Couldn't even login to switch it off. The internet is more fragile than we thought, and CF is proof all our eggs are in one basket.

@Xero All my old Xero bills for example, have 'Xero Subscription' in the reference field, so when I search Xero it puts those ones from 2016, ahead of any more recent ones without the name in the reference. How do they advise I fix this? Go through all my old bills and remove the name

Finally got to the bottom of why very old bills, invoices etc are showing at the top of search results on @xero - if you have the contact name in the reference field, it automatically weights those higher than anything else. This is "by design".

@GreenJennyJones Yet companies charge just as much for their smaller cars, like the MINI for example. A lose, lose for owners. Not only that, but smaller cars are now being shrunk down to 4 seats instead of 5. What option does that leave a family? An SUV

I'm in favour of higher taxes on bigger cars. SUVs are inappropriate in cities. Dangerous to other road users, environmentally damaging, and take up too much space on our roads. And we make £2billion to spend elsewhere.
