Mark Carney just waltzed into a majority government without the people actually giving it to him. That's right, stole it fair and square through backroom deals, floor-crossers, and whatever parliamentary voodoo they pull in Ottawa when the voters don't deliver the goods. We had an election. Canadians spoke. They didn't hand the Liberals a blank check for four more years of the same old mess. But nope, suddenly, boom, majority government. Just like that. And now? Now we're living in a dictatorship with better manners and worse coffee. Voting? Please. Save your time. Put that ballot in the shredder next time. It's theater. It's a participation trophy for suckers who still believe the game's on the level. They changed the rules mid-play, stacked the deck, and laughed all the way to another term of telling Alberta how to live, how much of our own oil and gas we’re allowed to pump, and how much of our money gets shipped east to keep the party going in Toronto and Montreal. This isn't democracy anymore. This is Ottawa deciding what's best for you, whether you like it or not. And if you complain too loud? Well, they'll find a way to make sure your voice doesn't count next round either. Enough. The only real path forward, the only honest, chest-out, take-control-of-your-own-future move left, is Alberta Independence. We’ve got the resources, the brains, the work ethic, and the guts to run our own house. We don’t need to keep subsidizing a country that treats us like the rich uncle who’s only good for writing checks and shutting up. Let’s stop begging for respect at the federal table and build our own damn table. Alberta first. Alberta free. Alberta independent. Because if we stay on this road, the next election won’t matter either. And I’m not waiting around for them to prove it twice. What about you?
