@WestsideLAGuy There is a Confucian emotional repression down from millennia that is hard wired into their DNA which makes them seem a bit autistic to a Westerner. Otherwise pleasant, demur and intelligent, but there is always a sense of detachment with them.

I snuck into Stanford's graduation yesterday and walked. I dropped out a year ago to build Known. The college bet is that four years on campus beats four years of anything else. After three years there and one in the real world, I've landed somewhere different: the people were always the point. Met my co-founder Asher at admit weekend as well as my closest friends to this day. Walking was a bittersweet goodbye to a place and people I treasure. But a reminder that even after leaving early, they are what I'm keeping for life.
