Agreed. It is very obvious - A film that wins most of the technical awards, including director, and 2 of the actor awards, among 14 awards - would win Best Film. How can it not be the best film when, according to the Academy, it has excelled in almost every department? Definitely NOT rigged, but the Academy IMHO decided to distribute awards, rather than be perceived to pile awards on one film, even if they felt it was deserving. They should not have succumbed to this fear. I am NOT saying one film deserved the award more than another, but if an Academy has awarded a film 14 awards, then that Academy definitely felt it was indeed the BEST Film. When Jawan was released from North India to everywhere every influential voice openly appreciated it because it spoke for the people. After, #Dhurandhar2, only a few showed up and that too felt paid and politically driven. Unfortunately, it may have earned at the box office, but it failed to earn respect. But Jawan achieved both and truly earned it.
