Igbo people prefer to trade in cement than to manufacture cement it, simple as. Low key, I still believe that their are businesses that seem to be way above the mental capacity of an average Igbo big man. The average Igbo trader that may have some money does not have the mental capacity, while the ones that have the mental strength don't have the money and do not trust themselves. The margin of cement business is high and it is something I am interested in. Even if it is to work with "marginal field" version of limestone deposit.

A SAN I know passed 3 years ago when he had a cardiac arrest in his Banana residence and before they could make it to Gerrard road he already passed. Lagoon on Bourdillon claimed not to have a resuscitation team and referred him to Evercare. He was pronounced death. Even a clinic they don’t have but land is N5.5M per sqm.
