Stop describing him and other Drug Addicts as Homeless. Identifying these people as homeless is as misleading as calling them Shoeless. Being without a home is not their problem - Drug Addiction Is. To keep intentionally misidentifying their circumstance is denying them the real help they need and allows even more lives to be destroyed. They need to be institutionalized - against their will if necessary - to ensure they get the LONG-TERM help they need.
