NEW: California judge bans Kars4Kids ads from broadcasting in California, says the money was mostly going to a Jewish organization in New Jersey. Judge Gassia Apkarian alleged that the ads were misleading because they led the public “into believing donations aid underprivileged children in California.” “…the funds primarily support a separate organization benefiting specific families in New York, New Jersey, and abroad based on religious affiliation,” the judge said. Kars4Kids primarily funds Oorah, which spends money on various programs and initiatives including a $16.5 million purchase of a building in Israel, according to the New York Times. “We believe this decision is deeply flawed, ignores the facts and misapplies the law,” the organization said. “It’s well known that we are a Jewish organization and our website makes it abundantly clear.”

NEW: Underwater IED detonated after it was found at an Alabama reservoir that is the sole drinking water source for about 350,000 people. The bomb was reportedly discovered during routine maintenance. Mobile Area Water and Sewer System (MAWSS) Director Bud McCrory says the discovery is "an unprecedented threat" to the drinking water. "We are fortunate that this device was discovered before it could cause serious damage to our water supply or harm to individuals," he said. The bomb is being described as a "grenade-type IED" and was detonated with help from personnel with the FBI Bomb Squad. MAWSS is currently investigating when and how the bomb got into the reservoir. Wild.

NEW: Democrat Rep. Steve Cohen issues a somber statement after announcing that he would not be running for re-election following redistricting in Tennessee. Cohen is accusing Republicans of "silencing" the black vote in Memphis. "These districts were drawn to beat me! They were drawn to defeat me!"

NEW: 50 empty Waymos invade Atlanta neighborhoods and circle their cul-de-sacs for hours early in the mornings. Residents say they are getting waymo traffic than usual and have tried combating the cars with a neon green sign, which only made the problem worse. The Waymos didn't know what to do and clogged the entire street. "We have small animals and pets, got kids getting on the bus in the morning, and it just doesn’t feel safe to have that traffic," one resident said. The residents say Waymo has not given them a response yet.

NEW: Streamer Chud the Builder visibly reacts after a judge set his bond at $1.25 million. 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly is facing an attempted murder charge after a shooting outside of a Tennessee courthouse. General Session Court Judge Reid Poland III says he set the bond at $1.25 million, “based upon the fact of how many people were in the courtyard over here at the courthouse and the seriousness of all these felonies.” Eatherly is reportedly facing a possible sentence of 15 to 60 years. Yikes.

Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt trolls candidate Nithya Raman following a report that she proposed a backyard BBQ ban to stop wildfires. Raman introduced a motion this week directing city officials to “examine emergency restrictions on grilling during Red Flag Warning days,” the New York Post reported. The proposal was quickly blocked.

NEW: White House aide trampled by Chinese journalists during President Trump's meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Fox News' Peter Doocy also reports that there have been "heated and physical clashes" between the U.S. Secret Service and Chinese police. Chinese journalists reportedly knocked over and stepped on top of a White House aide who was left "bruised and shaken." The staffer was not seriously injured. Doocy reports that there have been physical clashes and other heated arguments during the trip. "It’s worth pointing out that there have been some heated and physical clashes between the Secret Service and the Chinese police at basically the backdoors of these events," Doocy said. "Including one very physical standoff where a Secret Service officer was being prevented from taking his weapon in as part of the protective detail, but things have all been ironed out and as far as we know, the schedule has not been changed because of that."

NEW: NYPD crushes more than 200 illegal mopeds as the city ramps up seizures of the illegal rides. The 200 scooters are just a small portion of the nearly 6000 that have already been seized. Mopeds are legal; however, thousands of people living in New York aren't registering them, aren't insured, and don't have licenses. NEW: Tourist who threw a rock at a seal in Hawaii because he was "rich" enough to pay any fines has been arrested by federal agents. Igor Mykhaylovych Lytvynchuk, 38, was arrested for throwing a massive rock at Lani the seal. Lytvynchuk was beaten by locals after throwing the rock and has now been taken into custody. Lani is just one of 1,600 monk seals left. According to the complaint, when a witness confronted Lytvynchuk, he said: "He did not care and was 'rich' enough to pay any fine." "Lani is a reminder that humanity and the instinct to protect what is vulnerable are still values people can unite around," said Maui Mayor Richard Bissen. Lytvynchuk is facing a fine of up to $50,000 under the Endangered Species Act as well as another fine of up to $20,000 under the Marine Mammal Protection Act. Despite being "rich," money may not buy Lytvynchuk out of all his problems, as he faces up to a year in prison.

NEW: Digital mobile billboard spotted driving around Los Angeles, depicting Mayor Karen Bass shopping and sightseeing in Africa while Los Angeles burns. The mobile jumbotron also depicted mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt taking out the "basura" (trash). Pratt has gained about 12 points in the polls since March, according to Fox News.

NEW: Streamer “Chud the Builder” has been charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot someone outside a Tennessee courthouse. 28-year-old Dalton Eatherly is known for spewing racial slurs at people and filming it for his followers. Eatherly accidentally shot himself during the scuffle after being confronted for his racist content. “He said, ‘You start saying all that chimp out sh*t to me and ‘imma hit you,’ and he hit me, he started whaling on me,” Eatherly claimed, according to CNN. According to officials, the victim, who was shot by Eatherly, was medically evacuated and is in stable condition. Eatherly appeared to accidentally shoot himself in the arm. Eatherly was also charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon and employing a firearm during a dangerous felony.

NEW: 11 teachers in Canada of "North African" descent who were teaching "Islamist religious concepts" to elementary school children have been fired. The teachers allegedly made the students pray in class, and physically & psychologically abused them. "I find it appalling what was done to young girls. I find it appalling that we didn’t provide all the necessary services to students who were vulnerable.... Their (licenses) were permanently revoked? Perfect," said Michelle Setlakwe, member of the National Assembly of Quebec. According to an investigation, the "North African" teachers were influenced by a local mosque. They subjected the kids to "physical and psychological abuse." They allegedly forced the children to pray in class and refused to teach s*x education. What a total mess Canada is.
