@otterfully then what kind of foods do you eat daily? sugar, salt, carbs and sodas can make your body retain water, which means the scale won’t budge. you can also try to do metab week. i hope you find a way to break the plateau!! stay safe 💞

@r0ckstar_cAt i always fast at least 18 hours so my last meal is at 3 pm max and since it's been consistent for the whole month i think water retention would have gone down 💔
