@TheRealRead Multiple resources need to arrive at resuscitation attempts. Not all #OHCA calls result in a resuscitation attempt. Experience from multiple UK systems demonstrates high levels of accuracy and safety when senior clinicians in #EOC support dispatch decisions early in call.

Today at Big ground we have been running full clinical training scenarios on a patient (training dummy) in cardiac arrest, from arriving from the festival via ambulance to successful ROSC, with the multiple agency support. Training never stops.

Even though I support our front line colleagues in striking I was dreading going to work today; the recent demand has been through the roof. However I’m immensely proud of what we’ve achieved today, bringing the call stack down from 500 to just over 100 in 12 hours!
