We used to love the quote “For you, a thousand times over” from The Kite Runner. Now while reading A Thousand Splendid Suns, I noticed a similar feeling in Laila’s line. Even though the words are opposite, both lines but for me, they feel connected, just expressed differently.

Just finished this one by @stutichangle and just want to say, in 2026, it feels like some '90s love, and if you like Imtiaz Ali movies, then you must read this one and you never get bored for a single moment.

It’s been 3 days since I lit a cigarette… At this point I deserve an award saying I’ve won the war, but yeah… your boy is 3 days clean and acting like a legend already 🫠.....
