@joelschafer Exactly. You don't have to be best friends with colleagues or subordinates, nor is that probably healthy. Mutual, professional respect, is really all that is needed. However, ego can get in the way of that.

My opinion on the whole Eckler/Rhule thing… they don’t like each other. It’s fine, there are a lot of people who I’ve worked with who were very good at their job, but I didn’t enjoy working with them. Eckler did good work, it’s on Rhule to keep up that level of play. 🤷♂️

Omaha Creighton Prep product Conor Riley is set to be the new OL coach of the Dallas Cowboys.
He would join former NDSU OL coach Scott Fuchs as once Bison OL coaches now coaching OL in the NFL. Talk about some good OL hires by @CraigBohl. Both Fuchs and Riley also coached at UNO.
