Aiden and I wrapped up 2024 with 9 miles!!! It was a bit of a struggle bus 🚌 run as I’ve got a brutal head cold compliments of my grandkids. Last run of '24 making total mileage for the year 1,359. 600 miles less than last year. It's been a disappointing year running wise, with one niggle after another preventing me doing a single race and training as I would like. But...... we keep going. 🏃‍♀️

Opted for a TM interval session for my final run of 2024. Just over 3.5 miles at 10:09 pace. Happy New Year all :)
