I built 31 automations for clients last year.
Every single business needed some version of the same ones.
So I put them all in one playbook:
✅ 31 workflows organized by department
✅ The exact prompt to build each one
✅ Which 3 to start with (save 10+ hrs/week)
✅ From "I should automate" to running in minutes
Comment "PLAYBOOK" and I'll DM it to you.

My OpenClaw bot scraped 1,000+ local business websites, took screenshots of every single one, and used them to train an AI model that scores website design quality automatically
Here's what it did:
→ Scraped 1000+ local businesses from Google Maps
→ Screenshotted every website
→ Trained an AI model on 1,000+ sites to score design 0–100
→ Flagged the worst ones as hot leads
No more manually finding clients with bad websites, it finds them for you in seconds

I built 31 automations for clients last year.
Every single business - from solo founders to 50-person teams - needed some version of the same workflows.
So I documented all of them. Every workflow. Every department. And the exact plain-English prompt that builds each one in minutes.
Sales & CRM: lead capture, follow-up sequences, deal tracking, proposal generation, pipeline alerts
Marketing: social scheduling, email sequences, content repurposing, UTM tracking, review requests
Operations: invoice generation, payment reminders, inventory alerts, automated reporting
Customer Success: onboarding emails, NPS surveys, churn detection, support routing
Admin: meeting scheduling, expense tracking, document generation, approval workflows
Each one includes the specific prompt I use to build it - not vague instructions, the actual sentence I type.
Plus which 3 to start with if you want to save 10+ hours/week immediately.

@Robertg761_ @thsottiaux Yes the back and forth discussion is such a different experience outside of plan mode but then you're right; you do need to turn it into a plan
English

@thsottiaux I would like to see a different style of plan mode where you can chat with the agent about the project to form ideas and discuss plans and then convert that into the regular plan mode.

My OpenClaw bot runs 6 AI agents 24/7:
- Finds local businesses without a website
- Builds a custom demo site for them automatically
- Sends outreach with the preview + payment link
- Handles objections and closes the sale
Most local businesses don't have a website, this system finds them, pitches them, and collects payment automatically

Claude Code + Nano Banana 2 is f*cking cracked 🤯
I built a system inside Claude Code that researches any brand, writes 40 ad prompts from scratch, and fires them all to Nano Banana 2.
One brand name + one URL = 40 production-ready static ads.
All inside Claude Code.
I took @alexgoughcooper's brilliant framework and automated the whole thing inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who need high-volume ad creative without briefing a designer or spending hours in Canva.
If you're finding winning ad concepts on Meta and manually recreating them one at a time in Higgsfield — copying prompts, pasting product details, tweaking aspect ratios, downloading, organizing...
This system eliminates the entire loop:
→ Give Claude a brand name and URL
→ It researches the brand's fonts, colors, packaging, and photography style
→ Builds a Brand DNA document from scratch
→ Fills in Alex's 40 proven ad templates (headline, us vs them, testimonial, UGC, review cards, stat callouts) with brand-specific details
→ Fires every prompt to Nano Banana 2 with your product photos as reference
→ Downloads finished ads into organized folders with an HTML gallery
No Higgsfield.
No manual prompt filling.
No copy-pasting between tools.
What you get:
→ 40 ad formats filled with your exact brand colors, fonts, and copy
→ 4 variations per format so you pick the best output
→ Product photos passed as reference so the model matches your real packaging
→ A reusable system — new brand, new folder, same pipeline
Built 100% in Claude Code with Nano Banana 2.
I put together a full playbook & Loom video showing the exact process to set this up yourself.

My OpenClaw bot builds websites & mails a postcard with a QR link to local businesses on autopilot...
You can use it to land new customers without a single cold call, here's how it works:
- Finds 100s of local businesses via Google Maps
- Builds each one a custom website in minutes
- Prints a real postcard with their site preview + QR code
- Mails it directly to their door
- They scan it, see their site, and reach out
- Runs 24/7 completely hands off
Direct mail gets a much higher response rate than cold email.
Reply "OpenClaw" and I'll send you the full breakdown of how you can do it too (must be following so I can DM)
