The left would have a much better argument about birthright citizenship if Section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment did *not* contain this limiting clause (emphasized below in all caps), which the left chronically ignores: “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, AND SUBJECT TO THE JURISDICTION THEREOF, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.”

the fact youre genuinely arguing to continue allowing foreign adversaries who have the stated goal of wanting to destroy The US, The West, our entire way of life as we know it, and democracy as a whole to continue flooding our borders and gamifying our amendments to get citizenship on abuse of an obvious loophole that would allow them to gain complete power over us and leave us helpless in our own country, you are by definition worse than any non-patriot. @mitchellvii The "slam dunk" is that the Constitution plainly states "ALL PERSONS born or naturalized in the United States , and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." Laws are not a "team" sport.

SCOTUS DISASTER: Under normal circumstances, a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court should rule birthright citizenship unconstitutional in a slam dunk decision. Unfortunately, when you have RINOs like Roberts, Barrett, and Gorsuch on the court, you never know what's going to happen. It really is unfortunate that we have such a tremendous advantage, and yet can't seem to stop shooting ourselves in the foot! What is it about Republicans that they just completely are incapable of playing team ball? We'll have to wait and see. But with these three on the court, I don't have any great hopes.

@pauljsilver @ThomBrady5 I'll go first, I'm from the Midwestern United Stayes. I have ancestry dating back to before the Civil War that I can verify. Likely even further back to the War for Independence. Sorry (not sorry) but people who just showed up in America are not just as American as I am.
